Integrity is essentially made from 3 parts. First part is like this captcha which just bruteforces the result so there is not much to be done here. Second part is what I would focus on which is the one use tokens calculated by integrity js for each post and third is the really annoying click and type name captcha.

The token is nothing else but a huge encrypted blob of information. You need the exact structure of the information and a valid enough data to fill it. However the most important part is finding the encryption key which integrity uses and encrypt your data with it otherwise its not going to be valid.
