All you have to do get an active site is simply is to encourage people to advertise the site, former frenschan administration did this by doing giveaways to people who actively advertise their site, though most of them were apparently rigged.

There were 2 exodus' from the /pol/ to frenschan, there were points in time where frenschan actively was on the same level in terms of activity with /pol/

Unrelated but how was frenschan like? I have never used it outside of sharty raids and back than it was pretty dead and boring

Not OP, but frenschan was actually pretty alive before dying, though admins constantly attempted to capitilize off that and they made fundraisers every other month.
